David Warner
Biographie
David Hattersley Warner (29 juillet 1941 - 24 juillet 2022) était un acteur anglais. Né le 29 juillet 1941 à Manchester, il a fréquenté la Royal Academy of Dramatic Art et a travaillé au théâtre avant de devenir célèbre au cinéma au début des années 1960 grâce à son rôle principal dans le film de Karel Reisz Morgan : A Suitable Case for Treatment, pour lequel il a été nominé pour le BAFTA Award du meilleur acteur dans un rôle principal. Warner a interprété à la fois des personnages romantiques et des personnages méchants dans une gamme de médias, notamment The Ballad of Cable Hogue, Straw Dogs, Cross of Iron, The Omen, Holocaust, The Thirty Nine Steps, Time After Time, Time Bandits, Tron, A Christmas Carol, Portrait in Evil, Titanic, Mary Poppins Returns et divers personnages de la franchise Star Trek, dans les films Star Trek V : L'Ultime Frontière et Star Trek VI : Terre inconnue, et la série télévisée Star Trek : La Nouvelle Génération. En 1981, il remporte un Emmy Award du meilleur second rôle dans une mini-série ou un spécial pour son interprétation de Pomponius Falco dans la mini-série télévisée Masada. Il est décédé le 24...
