Ice Cube
Biographie
Ice Cube (O’Shea Jackson Sr.) est né le 15 juin 1969 à Los Angeles. Il débute comme rappeur au sein de N.W.A, groupe pionnier du gangsta rap à la fin des années 1980. Après avoir marqué la musique avec des albums solo à succès, il se tourne vers le cinéma au début des années 1990. Son premier rôle marquant est dans "Boyz n the Hood" (1991) de John Singleton, qui lance sa carrière d’acteur. Par la suite, il alterne films dramatiques, comédies et productions familiales, tout en continuant sa carrière musicale et de producteur. Ensuite, il joue dans Friday (1995), Barbershop (2002), 21 Jump Street (2012) et Ride Along (2014). Il est aujourd’hui reconnu comme l’une des figures majeures de la culture hip-hop et du cinéma américain.
